Terms of Service
Before you place the order, please read the following Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") carefully. These Terms of Service will constitute a binding agreement between you and Xtwo Studio. You choose to and use our service are expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms of Service. Note that any violation of these Terms of Service may result in termination of our Service to you.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service from time to time. Please refer to this web page periodically for any changes. By continuing to choose or use our service after Xtwo Studio makes any such changes, you agree to be bound by any such revised Terms of Service.
Our Services
Our Services consists of retouching and editing services or make available by Xtwo Studio.
We undertake to provide our services according to the photos/images and instructions submitted by registered clients. If the submission is successfully accepted by us, we will start working and deliver the edited photos/images to the client within a limited time frame as described in the order summary before the order is confirmed.
Your Submissions
Under these Terms of Service, you agree that you will NOT post, place or transmit any of the following material or obtain any such material:

Any threatening, defamatory, abusive or inappropriate material or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law;

Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) who are shown in the material if applicable;

Any material sent from an anonymous or false address;

Any material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group;

Any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
Public information
The images you submitted to us and the derivative retouched/edited photos/images are accessible to the public automatically as you have explicit consent to grant us your permission to publish your photos/images to our online portfolio or in promotional materials unless you had indicated any when place the order.
Any accidentally lost, deleted or miss downloading period of photos/images by you then you may contact us to get your photos/images within 3 months after delivered and without any charge. However the order will automatically closed when above deadline are passed then you will be charged on your request and depend on our current private storage record (residual copies, back-up and archiving).
Payment & Billing
We use third-party payment processors to process your payment for use of the paid services. The processing of payments may be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processors in addition to this Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any error caused by the Payment Processors. By choosing to use paid services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processors, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such paid services.
Revision Policy
Revision requests are time-bound. We provide free revision requests within 14 days from the date of order delivery. When the order is approved or automatically closed, you are still able to request a free revision within 14 days from the date of approval. Please visit Revision Policy for detailed policy.
Refund Policy
Subject to the restrictions described below, we will provide a partial or full refund of your payment. The refund policy is only applicable before the order is approved or until up to 14 consecutive days from the date the order is approved by you, is not instead of after order had been proceed or in process. Please note that if you don’t tell us exactly what you want your photos/images to look like before confirm order then your order will be cancel, without refund (order had been proceed).
Storage Time
The original version of the photos/images you submitted and the derivative retouched/edited photos/images from your submission are kept with us only for 3 months. You are responsible for downloading them in time after a week the download link will unavailable.
Changes and Updates
As this Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. You should periodically review it or go though before place the order. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to this Terms of Service and any updates.
