Public Information
When you upload (send/transfer) photos/images to us, the photos/images will be stored in private cloud storage and only available utilized by our teams and responsible on providing services to you.
The photos/images you submitted to us, including derivative retouched/edited images from your submission, will not be sold, rented or provided to any third party. If you without mentioned any when confirm the order then the photos/image will be published in our portfolios as automatically you have explicit consent and grant us your permission to do so.
Any accidentally lost, deleted or miss downloading period of photos/images by you then you may contact us to get your photos/images within 3 months after delivered and without any charge. However the order will automatically closed when above deadline are passed then you will be charged on your request and depend on our current private storage record (residual copies, back-up and archiving).
Payment Method
We accept 100% upfront payment* via PayPal or Telegraphic Transfer. Only after you confirm your order quote based on our product photography rates. Your payment is transmitted only to PayPal or Bank servers and does not pass through our servers. There are no circumstances under which we ask or store your credit card information (e.g., credit card number, type, expiration date).That payment processing system has got the highest reliability.
PayPal is a payment service provided by PayPal Inc.
Weekend & public holiday (MY) is a day off for us. Please mind it when you will place the order.
If you don’t have PayPal to make online payments, the only alternative option is Wire Transfer (sometimes referred to as ‘Telegraphic Transfer” or simply T/T), example: send money overseas using Foreign Telegraphic Transfer via online banking/transfer.
Due to high transaction cost and significant delay (usually 2-3 days), we only accept Wire Transfer an amount over $1000. Please contact us for details if you plan to send wire transfer.
Changes and Updates
As this Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, you should periodically review it or go though before place the order. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any updates.
